From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the level of service and attention to detail at this hotel. the room on the first floor exceeded all our expectations with its spacious layout, comfortable bed, and fantastic shower that provided just the right temperature and pressure. the modern technology in place made us feel safe and secure, while the free Wi, Fi in the rooms allowed us to stay connected throughout our stay. the tea and coffee facilities were well, stocked, and the flat, screen TV provided entertainment when needed. the location was perfect, with several dining options within walking distance. Andrea and the rest of the staff were always available to assist us with anything we needed, making us feel truly welcomed and valued. We cannot wait to return and experience this exceptional hotel again.
